Join our Executive Team

BAP-MAC has adopted a unique organizational structure to ensure sustainability and smooth year-to-year leadership transition. Applicants apply to their preferred vacant associate position. If selected, the associate spends the next academic year working under the supervision of the correspondent executive. Once the executive graduates, the associate is promoted to the executive position barring unforeseen circumstances.
